— 2+ years of experience in IT Project Management;
— Thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of own professional discipline;
— Proficient in project management techniques and tools;
— Proficient in key methodologies;
— Strong and tested project management skills, including sponsor and risk management;
— Understanding the client’s needs; ability to provide realistic expectations; ability to establish specific customer satisfaction standards and actively monitor client satisfaction;
— Experienced in collaboration with clients;
— Proficient in all aspects of communication;
— Strong leadership skills;
— Technical background is a plus;
— English — at least Upper-Intermediate strong.

— Fully responsible for project success, defining scope, estimates, and deliverables;
— Is the point of communication with stakeholders;
— Responsible for identifying and resolving project issues, making sure the project progresses on schedule and on budget;
— Manage requirements identifying and then monitoring the needs of all stakeholders involved in a project, and making sure that these requirements are met;
— Workflow analysis and requirements clarifications;
— Identifies opportunities to upsell in the nearest business environment.
