— Hold regular one-on-one meetings with Software Engineers to ensure awareness on employees’ issues and queries;
— Attend regular meetings with Senior HR BP and HR team to share updates and synchronize efforts;
— Assist to Line Managers in organization, conducting and follow-up on employees’ performance evaluation and appraisal process;
— Maintain awareness of the Company culture, plans, objectives and news within unit;
Initiate and exercise team-building activities;
— Collaborate with colleagues in HR and other departments to develop policies, programs, and solutions.
