— 2,5 years of experience in IT Project Management;
— Thorough understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of own professional discipline;
— Deep knowledge of key methodologies, especially Scrum
— Proficient in project management techniques and tools (JIRA, TFS, MS Project) ;
— Understanding the client’s needs; ability to provide realistic expectations; ability to establish specific customer satisfaction standards and actively monitor client satisfaction;
— Managing delivery of system specification documentation (SOX, Pharma validation documentation);
— Familiarity with corporate or financial systems and tools;
— Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
— English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

— Experience in collaboration with clients from healthcare-related domains;
— Experience in implementing enterprise projects with all documentation, right cycle, and phases.

— Fully responsible for project success, defining scope, estimates, and deliverables;

— Responsible for identifying and resolving project issues, making sure the project progresses on schedule and on budget;
— Manage requirements identifying and then monitoring the needs of all stakeholders involved in a project, and making sure that these requirements are met;
— Workflow analysis and requirements clarifications;
— Identifies opportunities to upsell in the nearest business environment.

The purpose of the project is to facilitate the estimation, plan, and predict of client unit deliverables, contract values, and margins applicable to clinical trials.
