Our team is looking for a Financial Manager.

What you will do

  • Organizing the entire financial function, including managing the accounting team, maintenance an accounting system, control payments and reserves, developing financial processes and policies;
  • ERP system implementation including BI functions, setup of financial processes (reporting, purchasing, etc.), assistance with attracting investment, grants, tax credits and similar funding sources, support with M&A deals.
  • Researching, implementing and development of payment schemes between companies, payment methods and third-parties within all projects;
  • Financial planning, including annual and quarterly budgets and long-term financial projections;
  • Performing ad-hoc requests for different purposes;
  • Implementing comprehensive management reporting, including analysis by business unit, project/product, legal entity;
  • Cash-flow management, profit distributions;
  • Adjustment of controversial issues with partners and payment systems.

What we expect

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in IT company, Big4 or a multinational consulting, audit or FMCG company;
  • Intragroup international tax planning and tax reporting, including review of existing and creating new tax/legal structure, validating the structure with third party advisors (if required), establishing companies and transaction flows in favorable jurisdictions (using local providers), including but not limited to setting up holdings, IP-holdings, R&D/cost sharing and similar arrangements.
  • Experience with liquidity management;
  • BS/MS in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or related fields;
  • Advanced MS Office/G Suite, PowerPoint/Keynote user;
  • Understanding of IFRS and accounting;
  • Experience as a leader of a financial team (recruitment, development, retaining);
  • Deep experience within financial reporting and planning;
  • Ability to analyze complex issues and possess business savvy;
  • Ability to work without supervision, under the pressure of deadlines in a dynamic environment;
  • Attention to detail, structured thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to make data-driven business conclusions;
  • Strong communication and writing skills;
  • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Would be an advantage:

  • International financial qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA, etc. (possibly in progress);
