Необходимые навыки

∙ At least 5 years of experience in software development domain;
∙ At least 70 sprints of experience in Scrum Master role;
∙ Deep understanding of Agile values and principles;
∙ Deep understanding of business value discovery and delivery process;
∙ Cases of transforming team from waterfall to Agile approach or building new Agile team in non-Agile organization;
∙ Communication skills on high level;
∙ Facilitation/Mediation skills and experience;
∙ Mentoring/Teaching skills and experience;
∙ Intermediate level of English.

Would be a plus:
∙ Working experience in multi team setup;
∙ Team/Individual coaching skills and experience;
∙ Cases of Agile transformation on organizational level;
∙ CSM/PSM, SAFe, KSD/KMP certification.

О проекте

Candidate will be a part of IT Transformation project team to run PoCs for new technologies with dedicated innovation resources (New Technologies & Open Banking). Project goal is to build and setup new microservice architecture in the Bank to increase time to market for new banking products and services. Team is responsible for creating a middle layer to platform like NeoBank with fully GDPR / PSD2 compliance, building new or transforming current integration processes according to MSA principals. Cloud native architecture with Agile product development practices are used within digital transformation.
