Sales Manager


Job purpose

We are looking for a person who knows how to sell well, understands digital advertising, is ready to learn new things and knows how to work for results.

In this role you will get to:

  • Create and implement an optimal sales strategy working alongside with the company leadership to ensure the sales department is working in unison with the rest of the organization.
  • Fully support pre-sales from the initial client call to closing the sale. Further support client’s account expansion opportunities.
  • Proactively facilitate and drive meetings with clients at all levels of management during pre-sales.
  • Identify and understand client needs, be able to present Auxility as the strongest partner for our client needs.
  • Prepare pre-sales documentation including but not limited to commercial offers, company and portfolio presentations etc.
  • Creation and tracking of actionable sales metrics and targets tracking through the sales cycle.

Your skills and qualifications:

  • Understanding of sales technology and psychology;
  • Knowledge of IT, software delivery outsourcing and mobile applications basics
  • Having 3+ years of experience working in IT sales, preferably engaged in selling mobile application solutions.
  • Knowing the current digital trends, interested in the industry development and recent technology advanced.
  • Knowledgeable in Fintech and Digital Healthcare domains preferably with some work experience.
  • English speaker at the level of at least solid B2 or higher.
  • Willing to participate in strategic sales process development.
  • Able to work in CRM and other tool to document and report on the relevant sales progress. Able to recommend tools for integration to improve business development and sales process.
  • Willing to work fully remotely engaging with clients over the phone and video calls.
