Responsibilities:
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (LinkedIn, other social networks);
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques;
Conduct video and frontal interviews;
Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs;
Maintain candidate databases.
