Main responsibilities:
— 24/7 customers support/8 hours shifts,
— network, OS, AWS, Kubernetes cloud issues troubleshooting.

Trainee responsibilities:
— automate AWS (and optionally GCP or Azure) resources and infrastructure provisioning,
— participate in developing Jenkins pipelines,
— participate in developing Ansible playbooks.
