Покликали на співбесіду через агенство, все добре, призначили технічну співбесіду, тягнули з цим близько місяця, потім була власне технічна співбесіда з людьми з якими працювати було б ідеально якщо не більше.
Але ні, ще тиждень пінгів так званого рекрутера, який дав приголомшливу дефолтну відписку і на дзвінку зі своїм менеджером налили води вдвох, так і не пояснивши в чому саме мені ТРІШЕЧКИ як вони сказали було замало досвіду, бо вони як виявилось нічого не знають та нічого не в курсі.
За результатом: 5 місяців життя та 2 офера притриманих — на смітник (бо вони з тих пір згоріли).
Наскільки хлопці що вели технічну співбесіду круті, настільки ж рекрутинг дно.
Буду застерігати інших від спроб згаяти на цю компанію час, просто через рекрутинг.

Hello Michele,
I still remember the same set of canned responses you had procured on our call, without providing any relevant information, and as you yourself admitted, you cannot provide any definite answer to the reasons of not only taking it this long, but also the rejection itself, so I lack mere understanding of what standards you mean here.
