The Data Analyst is responsible for identifying opportunities for growth and improvement, and gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to help the organization to make better decisions. The Data Analyst also works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that we
meet the needs of customers, and drive sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:
Gather and understand business needs and translate them into data solutions

Design, develop, and deploy advanced analytical solutions to support data-driven decision making

Deliver clear insights through interactive, user-friendly Power BI dashboards

Identify patterns, trends, and business metrics to support strategic decisions

Follow and promote best practices to ensure high data quality and reliability

Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth

Collaborate with the Data Engineering team to define and develop reliable data sources

Requirements:
Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Power BI

Experience with Python for data processing

Solid understanding of visual best practices and dashboard UX

Familiarity with e-commerce

Strong communication skills — able to clearly explain insights to stakeholders

Fluent in English

Proactive team player with strong collaboration skills

Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Comfortable managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines

Open to feedback, continuous learning, and sharing knowledge
