We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer who will work with the following technology stack:
— GCP / GKE
— good knowledge of GCP, confident use of Kubernetes as a container orchestrator, understanding of the concepts of working with networking, service mesh (for example, Istio) and GKE capabilities for high availability and fault tolerance.
— Helm — experience in using Helm to manage Kubernetes applications, knowledge of how Helm charts work, using Helm hooks to automatically apply changes.
— Fluxcd — active use of Fluxcd to manage a GitOps repository, knowledge of Continuous Delivery & Deployment management through Git + Fluxcd.
In addition, we would like to see in a potential employee:
— Knowledge and understanding of infrastructure as code, including experience with Terraform.
— A good level of knowledge in Linux, Docker and Git and experience in scripting in Bash and Python.
— Possession of knowledge in high-load systems, fault tolerance, monitoring and automatic scaling.
— Strong knowledge of Networking concepts and HTTP/HTTPS protocols. — Experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP) and related protocols/standards/technologies (eg JSON, XML, OpenAPI).
— Experience in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines.

Key responsibilities:
— Development and support of infrastructure based on GCP/GKE using SRE practices
— Development of mechanisms for monitoring and analyzing system performance and availability
— Establishment of SLO/SLI metrics for the system and its components
— Development and support of mechanisms for quick response to malfunctions in the system using SRE practices
— Collaborate with developers and other engineers to ensure system reliability and availability.
