Job Purpose:
— Participation in sociological research (qualitative and quantitative);

— carrying out planned sociological, customer & user experiences researches;

-conducting usability tests and studies on web and app environments

— creating customer journey maps and detailed analysis;

— independent building a way to work with clients and customers;

— analysis of user metrics, customer behaviour and pain points;

— analysis and building of personas and customer portraits;

— independent proposal of conclusions and recommendations;

— independent initiation & methodical design of research;

— planning of multi-stage studies as agreed;

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

— Performing end-to-end UX research from requirement understanding & scoping until planning and delivery of final results

— Uncovering user behaviours, needs, and motivations in order to design new products & services and testing/improving existing ones to add value to user

— Employ NN heuristics, voice of customer, experience mapping, affinity

diagrams, statistical analysis, and other current design & research tools and methods to triangulate users’ pain points and derive actionable recommendations

— Provide actionable and meaningful data-driven insights that represent the voice of multiple users in impactful and creative manner using visual storytelling, customer journey maps, personas, analysis reports, etc. to communicate and inspire product and design decisions

— Pro UX practitioner in a myriad of qualitative and quantitative approaches like usability studies, benchmarking studies,, diary studies, surveys, a/b tests, user interviews, etc. in exploratory, generative and evaluative research methods with the ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality output
