What you will be doing:

Leads and motivates the entire team to succeed
Improves the team
Helps the team understand and apply the Scrum and Agile values
Encourages team members to take responsibility, achieve success, continually improve and deliver value.
Help the Developers clearly and effectively prioritize work using tools at hand and ensures that everyone on the team uses same prioritization techniques and practices
Manages risks
Applies and adopts team-wide planning approaches
Improves planning quality
Analyses metrics (velocity, throughput, sprint burndown, code coverage, etc.)
Encourages and facilitates to establish interpersonal relationships in the team
Teaches members of the team trust and improve teamwork
Provides a common understanding of the direction the team should move towards
Shares the knowledge with others
Creates a common purpose (goal) for the team to demonstrate teamwork.

Your abilities and knowledge:

English: Upper-Intermediate
SAFe Leading — as a plus
Reputation (consistency)
Professional Scrum Master level II
Strong background in running Scrum or/and Kanban
Experience in running Lean and Scrumban
