Responsibilities (include, but not limited to):

  • Participation in the building of a business process management system;
  • Modeling, description, and regulation of the company’s business processes;
  • Adaptation of new business processes to the operating model of the company;
  • Analysis and optimization of existing processes (as is-to be);
  • Building a system of process quality indicators;
  • Making proposals for the automation and robotization of processes;
  • Development of a monitoring system for process performance indicators;
  • Implementation and adaptation of process changes;
  • Formation of a culture of continuous improvement.

Skills requirements:

1. Hard skills

  • At least 3 year in the field of process management;
  • Theoretical and practical knowledge of building a business process management system;
  • Optimization and transformation of processes aimed at improving the performance indicators of the quality of processes;
  • Knowledge and experience in the practical application of methods for analyzing business processes;
  • Technologies and standards for describing business processes, creating regulatory documents;
  • Experience in developing process performance indicators;
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in rolling out and implementing changes to achieve goals and results;
  • The advantage will be the availability of certificates in the field of process management, Lean Lean, 6Sigma, Operational Excellence, Change management.

2. Soft skills

  • Good communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written);
  • Analytical skills;
  • An integrated approach to solving problems;
  • Critical thinking;
  • Constant cooperation in the international environment;
  • The ability to adhere to strict deadlines;
  • Stress tolerance.

3. Language proficiency

  • Russian (fluently), English (intermediate), German (as an advantage).
