We are currently looking for a (Senior) People Partner for our
office in Kishinev, Moldova to join the People Business Partnering Team
for Customer Support, where your mission will be to align business
objectives with people solutions as point of escalation for all leaders and
managers on their day-to-day people and organisation (P&O) topics,
providing expert advice, guidance and support regarding talent
management, performance target settings and reviews, succession plans,
competence development planning, and salary strategy.


  • Support all local “hire to retire” activities of the employee lifecycle and implement P&O processes, ensure the operational conversion ofthe P&O strategic goals
  • Support the tactical workforce planning and handle employee related issues
  • Provide leadership support and coaching for line managers and teamleaders
  • Analyse and provide headcount, forecast, and budget planning data in close cooperation with regional management
  • Monitor employee turnover, analyse causes for turnover and recommend programs and policies to help mitigate those causes
  • Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., performance evaluation, salary review, workforce planning, and organizational change etc)


  • Degree in HR, business administration, psychology, or related discipline
  • Minimum of 4 years working experience in HR in an international environment
  • Knowledge of HR legislation, policies, practices and strategies, experience in forming and developing corporate culture and project work
  • Demonstrated experience in the use of HR management informationsystems (HRMIS)
  • Strong cross-cultural communication, interpersonal skills and persuasiveness, integrity, ability to work independently and to prioritize
  • Excellent communication skills in Ukrainian/Russian (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
