Job Description

  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics
  • Handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing
  • Participate in developing department goals, objectives and systems
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Update and maintain data in our Human Resource Information System (HRIS)
  • Have full ownership of the creation of all employee documents from employment contract over amendments to exit confirmation and reference letter
  • Carry out audits on data changes
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like employee turnover rates
  • Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of the department in relation to established goals
  • Provide support and guidance to managers on change initiatives
  • Act as point of contact and program manager for people tools, processes, programs or projects
  • Support managers and employees in identifying capability gaps to further develop functional and managerial skills
  • Work closely with local and international HR colleagues
  • Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven experience as an HR Generalist/HR Specialist
  • Advanced PC skills with proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in different HRIS
  • Demonstrated success working with HR and Business Leaders at all levels
  • Demonstrated success extracting, analyzing, and deriving data to tell a compelling business story
  • Ability to sensitively deal with confidential material
  • Accurate with attention to detail
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Intermediate+ knowledge of English is a must
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
