▪️ Good knowledge of SQL (experience with one of the databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, Clickhouse)
▪️ Commercial experience with at least one of BI platform (preferably — Power BI)
▪️ Experience with Python for data analysis (Pandas, Numpy, etc.)
▪️ Ability to classify and arrange data in the most convenient way
▪️ 2+ year experience as a data analyst
▪️ Knowledge of statistics and probability

▪️ Understanding e-commerce fundamentals
▪️ Good knowledge of Excel
▪️ Experience in working with a large amount of data
▪️ Experience in developing ETL processes
▪️ Basic understanding of window functions and CTE
▪️ Understanding principles of the data warehouse building
▪️ Basic understanding of Contact Center processes and key metrics
