You responibilities will include:
1. Grading and organizational design block and participation in Talent management projects:
Participates in support and development of AUTODOC grading project and planning the career paths: analysis of job responsibilities ad requirements, jobs evaluation, verification, and updating Company job catalog.
Provides advice regarding the use of a job catalog.
Regular verification of positions assigned to the employees for consistency with job catalog, raising the issue in case errors is identified.
Assistance in verification and updating of organizational structure.
2. Benefits block:
Participates in Benefits’ design and set up in all locations that company operates (Germany, Ukraine, Poland, Moldova);
Ensuring the company’s benefits comply with the law and market practice in each location (Germany, Ukraine, Poland, Moldova);
Provides advice, consultation, oversight, and administration in the functional area of employees’ benefits.
Contributes to the creation of attractive communications and ensures that employees know what benefits are offered by the company.
Answering any questions employees have about their benefits.
Communication with insurance and other providers to resolve issues.
Keeping the information about benefits up to date with the information about the company`s benefits spaces like internal Wiki.
Responses employees’ questions regarding their benefits, informing employees about any changes to the benefits structure.
Keeping up-to-date records of each employee’s benefits profile.
Assists in the development and presentation of comprehensive statistical and analytical reports for use in evaluating program costs and trends and effectiveness of the program.
Communicates with benefits providers, manages related paperwork, payment process, etc.
