▪️ Proven experience with filling positions in different areas (Marketing, HR, Finance, Legal, Sales)
▪️ English Intermediate (B1) or higher
▪️ High level of sourcing skills via various relevant platforms
▪️ Proven background filling jobs with a low time to fill
▪️ Strong organizational skills, ability to take on multiple tasks and function under stressful situations and deadlines
▪️ Public speaking skills
▪️ Knowledge of basic recruitment metrics
▪️ Knowledge of recruitment tools and ATS
▪️ An aptitude for sharing best practices and becoming a subject matter expert in the role
▪️ Experienced in creating and describing policies and procedures (for Senior)
