┃REQUIREMENTS┃
∙Minimum 5 years’ experience in Employer Branding Marketing in IT company or
equivalent
∙Work experience in international company
∙Successfully implemented practical cases of brand promotion in Ukraine and abroad
∙Excellent communication and presentation skills (Russian and English)
∙Good skills in working with worldwide social media and content marketing
∙Proficient in job sites and media, attracting new employees and establishing
employee loyalty
∙Excellent organizational skills, time management, and priority setting
∙Deadline oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
∙Fluent in English (Advanced level)

Обов’язки

As a Head of Employer Brand and Communication, you will be responsible for all internal
and external brand activities in Ukraine, Germany, Moldova (80%), Poland, and Russia
(20%).

┃REQUIREMENTS┃
∙Form and lead an international team
∙Develop Employer Brand strategy, policies, programs, and procedures for the
company in accordance with corporate HR and business strategies
∙ Promote AUTODOC employer brand and culture through written, visual, social, and
digital communications
∙Develop creative ways to attract potential employees and define new web recruitment
opportunities,
∙Expand the company's presence on various job boards and employer review sites
∙Conduct internal research on the importance of EVP factors for employees and their
satisfaction index
∙Draw up a candidate value proposition
∙Develop and implement the design of the company's electronic resources (website,
intranet, etc.) in accordance with Employer Brand standards
∙Ensure branding of Onboarding program for new employees, including the provision
of all handouts
∙Develop a communication strategy and ensure employees are aware of all
AUTODOC business news
∙Conduct an employee engagement survey at least once a year
∙Develop and implement the company's corporate culture in all processes
∙Develop corporate social responsibility and promote our social activities via all
necessary channels
