Operational Support in the implementation of Total Rewards Policies and strategies throughout the Company- includes compensation, bonus, benefit set up and execution.
Total Reward philosophy, policies and training:
— develop and implement Total Rewards policies, procedures and communication to stakeholders;
— develop and organize Total Rewards training for employees/People Partners/Managers;
Participate in implementation HRIS payroll and compensation modules:
— manage salary review process in system (budget, compensation increase matrix, provide analytics);
— manage bonus process in system;
— work with Managers and People Partners in terms of communication of business processes;
Market Analysis:
— analyse compensation market data, trends and economic indicators;
— set up salary range for different countries;
Grading:
— participate in job grading process and new jobs evaluation;
Bonuses:
— develop bonus plan policies;
