Necessary skills for this position:
— 3+ years` experience in the role of web/data analyst;
— deep knowledge of Google Analytics (especially GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Google BigQuery;
— experience with visualization systems: PowerBI, Amplitude, Tableau, Slemma, Google Data Studio, etc.;
— understanding of marketing & product metrics, especially: ROMI, ROI, LTV, CAC, acquisition, retention, churn
— the ability to create A/B-testing from zero hypotheses to implementing;
— the experience of working with mathematic statistics models;
— possibility to work with cross-channels, cross-teams, and cross-products;
— reports creation experience with reflection in conclusion/insights forms.
What you will do as a Senior Web & Data Analyst:
— make predictable analytics in case of metrics and profit & analyze marketing campaigns;
— write technical assignments for the development team on demand;
— configure web analytics on demand: GTM taxonomy, events markups, etc.;
— configure and create automated dashboards with the main marketing targets and KPIs of the marketing team;
— work with GA, database, Clarity, and dashboards to search for insights and new hypotheses;
— analyze marketing channels, funnels, and events for both acquisition and retention;
— collect and evaluate data, aggregate it on demand;
— communicate with marketing and product teams.
