Dispatch Agent / Customer Support Agent

AutoBidMaster is on a mission to help our customers give a second life to used cars by simplifying auto auctions for all.

You will work as a part of our Dispatch Support Team focusing on dispatching vehicles and communicating with drivers. You will be working closely with international and domestic orders and our Customer Support Team. Your expertise will be in managing and ensuring that vehicles are dispatched promptly to qualified carriers.

Your Qualifications and Competencies:

• Excellent written and verbal English skills (be fluent in English and able to understand other non-native English speakers).
• Quick, efficient computer skills and strong multi-tasking abilities.
• Team player, positive, responsible, accountable, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in Customer Service/Support or Dispatch is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge/curiosity of various automobiles, trucks, and trailers — preferred but not required.
• Be able to work from the US time zone (from 16.00 till 01:00 Kyiv time)

What You Will Do:

• Assist drivers with questions regarding dispatching, location, and delivery information.
• Reply to e-mails, calls, and texts from drivers.
• Act as the face of AutoBidMaster to ensure that we have positive experiences between carriers and customers.
