What skills/experience would be helpful to have?

☑️3+ years of experience in a similar position in an international product company

☑️Proven track record of HR-brand creation and development

☑️Copywriting and SMM skills with social media and networking

☑️Diverse experience in organizing or coordinating external events/participation in industry events

☑️Experience as a company spokesperson

☑️High communication skills to improve the efficiency of the team/company

☑️Ability to visually display information in a creative and effective way

☑️Exceptional writing and editing, communication and presentation skills

☑️Great level of English

☑️Ability to work PST time zone

What you will need to do to succeed in this role:

💼Manage global HR brand (UA, USA, EMEA)

💼Analysis of the internal HR brand: preparing and conducting surveys, creating final visual reports, positioning, events, communication channels

💼Monitor and update promotional materials and publications

💼Creation of compelling content and further day-to-day handling of social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook ) and company website

💼Cooperation with career portals/job boards (Indeed, Glassdoor, Djinni, DOU, etc)

💼Development and implementation of communication strategy for employer brand promotion, preparation of monthly communication plan and monitoring of its implementation

💼Coordination of the development and ordering of branded products

💼Сommunication with media and creation of feature articles, press-releases, texts for advertising campaigns, special projects, etc

💼Drawing up an annual plan of internal corporate events to build an HR brand

Increase trust and brand awareness through effective external communication

💼Optimize internal PR processes: build information flows, create an information system, introduce new communication tools

💼Plan, conduct PR campaigns and determine their effectiveness

💼Coordinate all public relations activities

💼Organize and conduct press conferences, fairs and public events

💼Prepare abstracts for presentations by speakers of the organization.

💼Form and implement the principles of the company’s information policy
