At Audientes A/S, our mission is to address the increasingly global health challenge of disabling hearing loss by designing and developing smart, self-fitting and affordable hearing aids. The WHO estimates that approximately 6% of the world’s population has disabling hearing loss, many of whom cannot afford to purchase a hearing aid. Audientes is one of the new players in the global hearing aid market. The company has developed a new self-fitting hearing aid, which will be rolled out in the Indian market in 2021 before being introduced to the US OTC market and other markets. We now need a skilled and experienced person with a high degree of self-motivation to join us on this journey.

About you:

It is important that you have worked with embedded software and audio products. You have a higher education as an engineer but your practical experience is of the upmost importance. You are:

• Great at analyzing problems and finding technological solutions and can translate ideas into well-functioning and structured software.
• You thrive on a diverse and varied working day, collaborating closely with agile development teams to realize the company’s strategy.
• You have approximately 10 years of experience with SW development.
• Experience with sound/acoustics is a plus.
• You have at least five years of experience in C programming
• You have worked for a minimum of two years in the development of audio products, e.g. from the Qualcomm platform (QCC5xxx or QCC3xxx)
• You speak and write English at a technically high level
