Must-Have Requirements:

• English: B2/+ proficiency. Ukrainian or Russian are necessary as well.
• Basic understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
• Familiarity with basic development terminology (Git, API, Front-end, Back-end, etc.).
• Good time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Google Documents.

Nice-to-Have:

• Recently completed relevant courses or attended industry conferences.
• Technical Background or education in QA, UI/UX, BA, etc.
• Previous experience as an IT PM assistant or PM on digital projects (online marketing, UI/UX design).
• Experience with Slack, Zoom, Confluence, Figma (as a viewer), Gitlab (as a viewer), Jira.

Responsibilities:

• Communication with the client.
• Gathering requirements.
• Managing project CRM and reports.
• Managing team allocation.
• Creating roadmaps, distributing tasks between the team members.
