I worked at Attract Group for more than four years, and throughout this entire period the company’s leadership consistently supported my growth — not only by helping me develop as a professional and trusting me with increasingly interesting and challenging tasks, but also by encouraging a healthy work—life balance. I was able to work on my own projects in parallel with my main role, which is extremely valuable to me.

The company is always open to communication and discussion, with a genuine focus on making the work environment as comfortable as possible for individuals so that everyone enjoys the collaboration.

It is also important to highlight how strongly Attract Group supports professional development. I joined the company as a Strong Junior Project Manager, and four years later I became head of PMO. This growth was possible because initiative is encouraged here — whether it’s stepping beyond your formal responsibilities or taking on new tasks and additional ownership. In such an environment, growth happens very quickly, and management is always supportive when it comes to career development.

The company also has unique internal initiatives. For example, if you have an idea for a product you would like to build and the company has the capacity to allocate developers, you are given the opportunity to bring that idea to life. Together with Attract Group, I created the Kira AI project — an AI tool that automates the pre-screening process in recruitment, saving time for both candidates and recruiters while optimizing the overall hiring process. It’s really cool that the company provides such possibilities.
