• Experience with organic search, content marketing and data analytics.
• Deep knowledge of full-funnel marketing, preferably in the B2B SaaS space.
• Demonstrated experience in increasing and maintaining
• Strong focus in web and digital marketing, specifically for the purposes of customer acquisition.
• Tactical experience creating, optimizing and organic search optimization activities.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and opportunities in organic search data to drive greater quantities of leads, higher conversion rates and better Return on Sales and Marketing Spend.
• Experience with Organic Search management tools, such as MOZ (preferred), Google Analytics/Search Console, BuzzSumo, Conductor, Spyfu or BrightEdge.
• Excellent writing skills with an emphasis on creating relevant web content for human beings (not search engines).
• Goal-oriented with the ability to be accountable and responsible for hitting numerical goals.

The Organic Search Specialist will own our Organic Search function in order to drive leads into the marketing and sales funnel. The Organic Search Specialist will be a critical member of the Marketing team because they will be leading all organic search activities that drive organic traffic to our conversion points.
This person will leverage data to fuel our initiatives and collaborate with other team members to achieve our lead gen and customer acquisition goals.
• Work with marketing leadership to create organic search strategy and key initiatives
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and align with content writers on implementation
• Build credible inbound links to improve organic search rankings
• Perform technical audits on the Attendify website and blog on an ongoing basis, identify problems and implement speedy solutions
• Execute comprehensive optimization activities without attempting to ‘game’ the search engines
• Track and report on main campaign metrics weekly and monthly
• Work to increase organic search traffic, search visibility, domain authority and relevant keywords ranking
• Collaborate with design, developers, content marketing and other parties involved to achieve SEO performance while maintaining usability and elegant UX of web assets
• Analyze results continuously and improve efforts based on a sound data foundation
