We’re looking for a thoughtful and self-driven IT Recruiter to accelerate hiring process and continuously improve our recruiting practices. You’ll make sure that the right people join Attendify at the right time, plan and execute outbound and inbound recruiting activities. We’re looking for someone who is willing to join a rapidly growing product company and grow as the company grows.

Drive the recruitment cycle and ensure efficiency and timeliness of hiring
Source the best talents from social networks, messengers, developer’s chats
Design and execute creative outreach campaigns to attract great candidates
Promote the company’s brand and image to the potential candidates
Make sure all candidates get relevant feedback on each stage of the hiring cycle
Onboard our new hires and ensure they get a positive first day experience
Take part in HR branding projects and see how your ideas work
Manage our trainee program promotions
Maintain database on Workable and Staff Squared
Monitor the market and develop the smart hiring strategies
Help build transparent recruiting and HR processes with clear KPIs

Must have 1+ years of experience in recruiting or headhunting
Recruiting experience within an international or product company is a huge plus
Must have strong Upper-Intermediate written and conversational English
Must have exceptional analytical and decision-making skills
Passion for sourcing and exploring new ways of finding great candidates
Creativity and personal approach in designing the outreach campaigns
Ability to spot exceptionally talented people that are a great fit
Friendly and polite communication style
Strong presentation skills
