We’re looking for a specialist to join our Customer Success team to ensure our customers get maximum value from our platform. As a Customer Success Associate (CSA) you will partner with Customer Success Managers (CSM) to drive product adoption, renewals, and upsells among Attendify’s customers. The primary responsibilities for this role are database maintenance, researching upsell opportunities, and assisting CSMs with a variety of day-to-day tasks.
