We are hiring a Customer Support Specialist with Japanese Language Skills for Remote work.

Requirements:

  • Japanese language: Minimum JLPT N2 (JLPT N1 preferred), excellent Japanese
    skills demonstrated during an interview and a written test;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Previous experience in customer support is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer use, high computer literacy, and the ability to multitask.
  • Responsibility, attention to detail, and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with various software tools is a plus;
  • Own computer, external monitor, and stable internet connection for comfortable
    remote work;
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultations and technical support to website users via chat and email in
    Japanese;
  • Respond to customer inquiries about company products and services, offering
    accurate and timely solutions in Japanese;
  • Handle customer requests and complaints, and find effective resolutions;
  • Maintain records in the CRM system and other databases;
  • Maintain friendly communication and show attention to each customer inquiry.

We Offer:

  • Salary: From €50 per shift net (depending on experience and Japanese proficiency) +
    bonus system;
  • Work Conditions: Remote work, full-time employment;
  • Schedule: 9-hour shifts from 08:00 to 17:00 Kyiv time. Minimum of 20 shifts per month;
  • Shifts may include morning, evening, or night hours depending on team needs.
