Location — Remote.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of commercial experience in iGaming B2B — preferably with game providers or aggregators.
  • Proven track record with sweepstakes operators and real money casinos in North America and Europe — active contact base is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of compliance requirements for key markets — knowledge of regulators (MGA, UKGC, Curacao, US sweepstakes regulations), certification processes, RNG testing labs.
  • Experience negotiating and closing contracts with aggregators (like SoftSwiss, EveryMatrix, etc) and direct operators.
  • Understanding of factors influencing game placement — ability to build relationships with operators’ product managers, argue the value of our games with data.
  • Understanding of technical integration aspects — API, game aggregation protocols, bonus systems.
  • Number and quality of new integrations with operators and aggregators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and partnership development in key markets — North America and Europe, with primary focus on sweepstakes and real money segments.
  • Promote our games to top positions with operators — negotiate prominent placement, participation in promotional campaigns, featured slots positions, and special tournaments.
  • Sign contracts with aggregators and operators — lead negotiations, agree on integration terms, revenue share models, and technical requirements.
  • Monitor and improve our games’ positions with partners — track where and how our games are placed, actively work to maximize visibility and performance.
  • Build long-term relationships with key partners and identify new growth opportunities.

  • Experience with Latin American markets.
  • Connections in the affiliate community.
  • Experience attending industry exhibitions and conferences (SiGMA, ICE, G2E).
  • Understanding of modern slot mechanics and what makes games successful with operators.
