Now we’re looking for a Commercial Director who will lead sales and marketing, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth to keep us ahead in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute commercial strategy to grow revenue and market share.
• Lead and mentor sales team to hit ambitious targets.
• Identify new markets, partnerships, and business opportunities.
• Negotiate deals with key clients and secure long-term contracts.
• Oversee marketing campaigns aligned with sales goals in cooperation with CMO.
• Manage budgets, track performance, and ensure high ROI.
• Report on results to CEO/COO and adjust plans as needed.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in commercial leadership, sales, or business development (iGaming/SaaS a big plus).
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and leading teams.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Strategic mindset with solid financial acumen.
• Fluent English (C1+).
• Market expertise in LATAM with practical knowledge of cultural, legal and operational aspects.
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or Portuguese will be an advantage.
