We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team in the gambling industry. As a PM, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they align with our company’s strategic goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality gaming solutions to our B2B clients.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of project management experience, preferably in the gambling or gaming industry
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• PMP or similar certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Monitor and report on project progress, issues, and risks
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Conduct regular status meetings with project teams and stakeholders
• Foster a collaborative environment to solve problems and improve project processes
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete and up-to-date

Nice to have:

• Experience in the B2B gambling industry
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the gambling sector
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus
