We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong customer focus, excellent leadership skills, and experience in the betting and gambling industry. This role involves driving sales strategies, managing key accounts, and ensuring the continuous growth and success of our sales operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role within the iGaming industry, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth;
  • In-depth knowledge of the B2B sales process and best practices;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
  • Fluent English, both written and verbal;
  • Proven successful sales track record;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales metrics and trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve company sales goals and expand market share in the iGaming industry;
  • Take ownership of the sales pipeline, managing and monitoring each stage: lead generation, initial discussions, commercial negotiations, contract negotiation, signed agreements, integration;
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and achievement of targets;
  • Create and prepare project proposals, generate and prepare sales plans;
  • Accurately communicate risks and opportunities to each assigned customer;
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports, and forecasts for management review;
  • Apply own expertise to innovate processes, services and solutions.

Work Conditions:

  • Vacation: 22 working days per year.
  • Sick leave: 5 paid days per year.
