Our company is developing dynamically, so we are looking for a Project Manager

Requirements
— Relevant Experience (2+ years): Proven track record in project management with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
— Seniority Level: Mid-level project management experience.
— Payment Systems Expertise: Extensive experience working with diverse payment methods and electronic payment systems.
— Aggregator Experience: Proficiency in managing and optimizing processes with payment system aggregators.
— Financial Understanding: In-depth comprehension of the financial components of operational activities, including budgeting and cost control.
— Agile/Lean/Kanban Methodologies: Demonstrated experience applying Agile, Lean, or Kanban methodologies for flexible and efficient project management.
— English Language Skills: English language from B1 skills for effective communication with international teams and clients.

Responsibilities
— Plan, coordinate, and monitor project execution to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
— Manage and integrate various payment methods, ensuring seamless transactions.
— Optimize processes with payment system aggregators to enhance project payment capabilities.
— Oversee financial aspects, including budget management and financial reporting.
— Communicate effectively with technical teams, understanding both backend and frontend project components.

Nice to have
— Technical Understanding: Familiarity with backend and frontend development for comprehensive project understanding.
— Multilingual Skills: Proficiency in additional languages for enhanced communication in diverse teams.
