Qualifications:
2+ years of experience working as a Recruiter is essential.

Professional Experience:
-You have been part of the talent acquisition function and have a flair for connecting with people (a combination of both, in-house and agency background, would be an advantage).
-You have experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment, with at least 2 years as a Technical Recruiter.
-Passionate about the hunt for talent — building & maintaining a network of candidates/sources through LinkedIn and other networking sites.
-Experience working on different talent markets globally would be a great advantage; you must be able to work in an agile environment and be comfortable working across multiple time zones.
-Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS
-Experience with technical recruitment and developing long-term talent pipelines;
-Good knowledge of MS Office and Internet tools/browsers
-Excellent sourcing and engagement skills;
-Strong organizational, analytical and time management skills;
-Successful experience in closing of middle and senior level technical positions ;
-Understanding of common search techniques;
-Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher;

A typical day for a Talent partner will involve staffing activities, which include recruitment, interviewing and hiring new employees. This could involve creating and placing job ads in a variety of media platforms. These include employment agencies and job search websites. You will also manage the use of our recruitment software to track recruitment efforts for open roles. You will take ownership to ensure new hires have a fantastic onboarding experience in to Atelier and contribute to the daily activities within the people operations team .
The IT Recruitment Specialist role is to Provide full-cycle recruitment of specific roles/disciplines for Atelier Technology Ukraine.
Drive the recruitment process (organizing, screening, interviewing, etc.) for the engineering team, Participate in specific job fairs/recruitment events, maintain up-to-date information in our recruitment tool as well as other tracking documents. Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to identify current and future employment needs.
