We, at Atalef.ai creating a Saas platform for smart matching between software developers looking for a job and hiring managers actively looking for the best talent candidates.

Atalef.ai is looking for a talented designer who will help us build the future of AI smart matching.

In this position, you will:

• Act as a lead, hands-on, UX/UI designer for the entire product cycle.
• Create high/low-level design using Figma mockups/wireframes based on product algorithm, marketing research & personal experience.
• Work closely with the product & development team.
• Create a rapid conceptualization, design, and communication of ideas to help determine the project direction
• Present design concepts/user research/market research to peers, managers and clients as well as communicate the rationale behind creative decisions.
• Create all kinds of icons and illustrations for Atalef.ai products.
• Design graphics with consistent colors, shapes, and typography fonts.
• Create adaptive websites and native mobile applications for Atalef.ai brand and our products.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 5+ years of experience in graphic/visual design.
• 2+ years of design experience for SaaS applications
• Portfolio of your past works; Websites in the portfolio.
• Understanding technology dependencies (how websites and apps are developed).
• Advanced knowledge of UX/UI tools — Figma, Invision, Adobe Suite, Zeplin
• Experience designing responsive or desktop web apps & native mobile apps.
• Ability to work in different styles.
• Client-oriented approach.
• Upper-Intermediate English.
