You have:

The candidate must have proficient knowledge in the following areas:
• Advanced knowledge of office administration — at least 4 years, preferably in IT companies;
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information/reports.

The candidate must demonstrate the following skills:
• Fluent English written and verbal skills;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;

• Analytical and problem solving skills;
• Able to follow all tasks through and work independently, as well as make reasonable decisions effectively;
• Effective verbal and written communications skills;

Обов’язки

You will:

• Organize effective office operations and procedures to drive peak performance of people in the office;
• Establish standards and procedures for optimum utilization of office space and equipment /assets;
• Initiate, develop and implement offices administration policies and procedures;
• Setting up a process of cooperation with suppliers and other third parties;
• Maintain acceptability of incoming and existing inventory;
• Manage process of the new offices launch;
• Plan and implement office systems, layout and equipment procurement;
• Maintain and replenish inventory, check stock to determine inventory levels;
• Prepare and maintain budget for Administrative department (incl. inventory and assets). Periodically monitor and control budget expenses;
• Administrative team hiring and management, motivation, career development and retention;
• Take part in the corporate projects (cross-department and cross-roles cooperation);
• Maintain people satisfaction regarding the office environment (by identifying needs, evaluating options, approving budget, etc.);
• Perform other related duties as required.

Brief description of the open position:

Administrative Manager is responsible for organization and coordination of overall daily office operations in all Astound Commerce offices in Ukraine in order to ensure organizational efficiency and effective services delivered to internal clients. Important component of this role is to perform duties by building productive relationships and collaboration, communicating effectively with other departments. Administrative Manager is also responsible for managing administrative team — daily management and performance management process (accomplishes team results by communicating job expectations; plans, monitors, and appraises job results; coaches, counsels, etc). Limited travels are required.
