Job Purpose

Purchase Administrator is responsible for procurement and purchase processes, as well as for cooperation with vendors of the Company to ensure that the company’s operational and business needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery, as well as to ensure continuity of supply.

In this role, you will get to

• Do the research to source the best products and suppliers, run tenders, evaluate bids in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality; assess tenders from potential suppliers.
• Negotiate and manage contract terms with suppliers to ensure value for money, quality standards, and delivery terms with technical and operational input from stakeholders and colleagues.
• Drive the work with suppliers and have a process in place to measure effective performance, quality and compliance; measure against KPI criteria.
• Work closely with global management and local teams on procurement plans to enable the business strategies and company needs, as per requirements agreed.
• Cooperate with current suppliers of the Company (performance evaluation, communication, review of terms, discounts, claims, verification of documents).
• Proceed with purchase requests, prepare purchase orders for execution in compliance with the relevant Global Procurement strategy, policies, and procedures.
• Influence into the procurement-related processes optimization and automation, with a focus on continuous improvements.
• Prepare various procurement-related reports as required.

Your skills and qualifications

• At least 3 years of work experience in the same position, at least 1+ year experience of work in a global company.
• Well-rounded business/finance acumen.
• Strong communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with sharp thinking.
• Outstanding negotiating skills; able to identify win-win solutions in a complex situation.
• Service-oriented mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills, diplomacy, and sensitivity.
• Experience with procurement/purchase-related tools.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English.
