Microsoft Dynamics 365 & PowerPlatform Developer

Project Overview:
Remote project with 80–100% workload. Development and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerPlatform solutions. The work involves MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service Hub, PowerPlatform integration, and the implementation of modern security and CI/CD approaches.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerPlatform solutions.
• Design scalable and cost-effective solutions.
• Implement functionalities and best practices for MS Dynamics 365 Customer Service Hub & PowerPlatform.
• Develop and configure a security framework for PowerPlatform and Dynamics in compliance with corporate standards.
• Create an advanced authorization concept and manage access control.

Requirements:

Must-Have:

• Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PowerPlatform development and customization.
• Familiarity with various Dynamics 365 modules.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling within Microsoft Dataverse.
• Expertise in configuration management, security, and CI/CD in MS Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in Java ALM (REST API), DevOps, JavaScript.
• Understanding of best development practices for PowerPlatform & Dynamics.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• At least one team member must have strong German proficiency, while the rest should have good English skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with IDE tools (Visual Studio Code, IntelliJ IDEA) and version control systems Git, GitHub, GitLab.
• Knowledge of containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Expertise in automated testing & quality assurance (SonarQube, Jest, Mocha, Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, Jenkins, Azure DevOps Pipelines).
• Familiarity with deployment & integration tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm, Nexus Repository).
• Experience in bug tracking & troubleshooting (Sentry, Datadog, New Relic, Grafana).
• Proficiency in security tools (OWASP ZAP, Nexus IQ, Burp Suite).

Language Preference:
Proficiency in Serbian is a major advantage, as well as being from Montenegro, Bosnia, Bulgaria, or North Macedonia. We have strong networks in Serbia and existing contracts with most companies in this field, so we encourage freelancers and specialists from these regions to apply.
