Junior Sales/Business Development Specialist

We are a dynamic IT company specializing in providing outstaffing services for highly skilled engineers. Due to our active growth and development, we are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Junior Sales/Junior Business Development Specialist to help us expand our client base and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and attract new clients for our engineering outstaffing services.
- Conduct negotiations and present the company’s services to potential clients.
- Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients.
- Analyze the market and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
- Participate in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Keep records and documentation of the work performed.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the IT industry.
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (ability to negotiate, draft documents, and communicate with clients in English).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
- Basic knowledge of IT and understanding of the outstaffing market.
- Previous experience in sales or business development is a plus.
