3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
Mid level experience with spring-boot, spring mvc, spring 5, Java 8 —11, hibernate, sql (postgres or mysql)
Fluent in English
Working experience with software design/enterprise architecture patterns.
Understand testing methodologies and be able to write testable code along with the relevant tests.
Experience in some of the following is desirable: Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, PostgreSQL, Security, Lambda/Serverless.
Strong analytical skills.
Familiar with CI/CD and Jenkins
An ability to work quickly, efficiently, and to a tight deadline.
Experience in a modern software development environment is desirable (git, Jira, SCRUM)

You will be in charge of building the back end brand new platform using the latest technologies that will become a large ecosystem of 3rd party applications that provide a number of services to its customers. This platform will handle all user interactions between the 3rd party applications and their customers and therefore act as an intermediary between them.

You will be working alongside an international and multidisciplinary team with opportunities to improve your skills and manage less senior team members.
We are building a “Super App”, a mobile friendly web platform that hosts a number of 3rd part services apps for our users to consume in a simple-to-use and secure platform. These services include a wide range of industries, from paying for electricity bills to ordering groceries. The complexity of the platform lies on architecting a robust communication protocol for the platform and 3rd party apps to adhere and create a seamless integration for the end user.
The MVP is already in production and is being actively tested by a limited audience.
