You will be in charge of defining and creating a brand new front-end 3D CAD modelling tool using the latest technologies and existing open source libraries called LIM. LIM is the design tool for the coming digital world. It is a project modelling software using the all available information on equipment and systems for a turn
key building. The interface to other software as AutoCAD is included and all design and engineering phases are covered including GMP with risk analysis, qualification and validation including operation with the life cycle view.
What is it about?
A production building for the life science industry has to be
planned, built, commissioned and handed over by various
disciplines. The tasks are complex and require complete overall
coordination. The architect is responsible for the architecture,
the building and interior design 1 and 2, the structural engineer
for the supporting structure, the building physicist for the
facade and the building climate, the HVAC engineer for
heating, ventilation and air conditioning, the electrical engineer
for the electrical supply and IT infrastructure, the media
planner for the media supply, the pure media planner for the
pure media supply, the process engineers for the process plants
and systems, again the architect or the clean room specialist for
the clean room, the security expert for access and building
security, the fire protection expert for fire protection,
