Aspire Global, a publicly — traded online gaming company is seeking for a dynamic and motivated Operations IT Director


  • End to end ownership on all Ops and IT teams;
  • Manage the DevOps processes at the company level;
  • End to end ownership on the company IT budget;
  • Maintain open and frequent communication with the customers;
  • Manage the DevOps/IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance;
  • Manage and maintain ITIL principles in Service-Ops & NOC entities;
  • Keep up to date with company’s tech development and product roadmap;
  • Meet agreed SLA levels per customer;
  • End to end ownership on all Prod and non-Prod environments;
  • Interface with various departments in the company including Product, Projects and more.


  • 5+ years of DevOps/Ops management — Must ;
  • 5+ years of NOC and high tier Support management — Must;
  • Proven experience in leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT; infrastructures across various technologies — Must;
  • Proven experience in handling hybrid (on-prem plus public cloud) based infrastructure— Must;
  • Proven experience in handling IT budget (both Capex and Opex);
  • Proven experience in handling security/infrastructural/operational audits (e.g. ISO27001);
  • Proven experience in handling external vendors (evaluation and negotiation);
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices for Service/Asset/Change management;
  • Bachelor’s technical degree (or similar) — Must;
  • Proven experience in building and implementing DevOps/Ops roadmaps and strategies;
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
  • Excellent English — verbal and written.
