— At least 3 years’ experience in managing an R&D delivery group (planning, development, training & recruitment, design and code reviews)
— Experience with server-side development. PHP is a must
— Experience in database development (MySQL preferred)
— At least 5 years’ experience in Front-end web development
— Proven experience in developing critical, high volume web applications
— Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
— Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken)
— The ideal candidate is a fast thinker with strong leadership and problem-solving skills, excellent technical and communication skills, reliability, initiative, high motivation, and fast learning abilities
— Availability to work outside typical working hours.

— CMS or BI knowledge is an advantage
— The previous roll for an Israeli company is an advantage.

— Management of the development cycle end-to-end
— Implementation of R&D projects
— Management and overview of all R&D teams (DEV, QA, Production, etc.)
— Management of the Dev Department’s budget
— Manage the department’s employees including training, recruiting and day to day tasks
— Working closely with various departments in the company including Projects, Product, and more.
