Who are we?
At Askep, we are on a mission to digitilize healthcare and medical services . Since 2017, we’ve helped more than 500 hospitals and medical centers all over Ukraine from Kharkiv to Lviv function coherently and transparently, ensuring a high level of medical services.


What you’ll be working on:
• Finding new markets and build sales strategies to achieve company goals.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and executive management.
• Analyzing sales results, and make adjustments to improve performance.
• Building coordinating and managing the work of the sales department .
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, resolving conflicts and issues.

Preferred requirements for this role:
• 5 years of sales experience, ideally in IT or medical field;
• Experience in B2B, B2G fields;
• At least B1 English level;
• Experience managing a sales department for at least 2 years;
• Ability to report on projects against KPIs
• Strategic thinking and analytical skills;
• Excellent leadership skills;
• Result-driven approach and the ability to work in a team.
