• Higher Education (Mathematics / Statistics / Economics Cybernetics)
• English level: Intermediate (B1)+
• Basic SQL knowledge is a must

Our Data Analyst will be reporting to CRO and is going to be responsible for:
• Providing a daily control of fulfilment, changing and testing of operational processes
• Analysis of the effectiveness of call centers work in different countries
• Analysis of the effectiveness of debt collection strategies
• Analysis of the operational KPI on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
• Preparing reports for operational divisions
• Implementing reports/dashboards in MS SSRS
• Communicating with IT regarding database relating issues
• Analytical support of company’s projects: building statistical /mathematical /econometrical models, forecasting
• Analysis of financial indicators (revenue, costs, gross margin)
• Analysis of credit portfolios (Non-Performing Loans)
