Proficient with Linux server administration;
Proficient with Windows 2008/2012 server administration;
Experience with Amazon AWS and/or Microsoft Azure services.
Monitoring and management of technologies such as MongoDB, CouchBase, ElasticSearch, and RabbitMQ;
Understanding of Apache and IIS Servers;
Good written and verbal English communication skills;
Demonstrates good problem-solving skills;
Ability to help define and adhere to production support processes and procedures.
Working knowledge of CRM packages such as Microsoft CRM and Salesforce;
Working Knowledge of continuous integration software such as Jenkins and Team City;
Experience with Ansible automation, Python and Bash scripting;
Ability to configure and analyze information from monitoring systems such as Nagios, Collectd, and Graphite;
Understanding of GIT and VSTS

Closely work with our development team, handle continuous integration, continuous delivery applications, and release management. Responsible for the support and the maintenance of a large number of servers located in different countries and on different continents. Also the maintenance of a fail-safe operation of services and ensuring minimum downtime by analyzing and solving problems.
