Обов’язки

• Office management day-to-day activities (manage lunches delivery, English classes organization, passes management, etc.);
• Visitors’ reception;
• Preparation of work places for new employees, maintaining team members’ seating chart;
• Ensure high quality of internal and external services provision to employees (air-conditioning; supplies cleaning; repairs; interaction with Office Centre administration) by monitoring office condition thoroughly on daily basis, manage suppliers when required and proactively suggest substitutions if needed;
• Manage stock and logistics, ensure continuous process improvement when required;
• Manage equipment stock and logistics by coordinating communication with supplier;
• Team Members’ support in their daily questions, arranging meetings, events;
• Assistance in developing, planning and executing team buildings and company-wide events;
• Handling employee database;
• Office expenses tracking;
• Foreign guests’ reception arrangements (booking hotels, transfer arrangements, booking restaurants);
• Tracking Team members` vacations;
• Providing simple type of reports.
